Open Position :
- GM (General Manager) – Sub-contracting Services
- DGM (Deputy General Manager)- Sub-contracting Services
- AGM (Assistant General Manager) – Sub-contracting Services
Industry Experience : candidates with experience in road, railways and metro projects are highly sought after for these roles.
Work Experience Required : Applicants should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating their proficiency in Sub-contracting Services.
Qualification : A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/ B.Tech) is the required educational qualification for these positions.
Skills Required :-
- Negotiation & Finalize Subcontractors
- Commercial Acumen
- Knowledge of procurement & Sub-contracting process.
- Knowledge of legal framework & Taxation
- Stakeholder Management with specific focus on vendor and sub-contractor Management
