- Background In general Contracting Firms.
Job Description :
- Ensure Availability requisite resources for timely site progress.
- Coordinate sharing of material, Machinery, labor, and Execution staff across projects.
- Prepare and finalize construction methodology in consultation with planning and site Management.
- Monitor site progress and ensure achievement of project schedule.
- Ensure timely submission of sub-contractor bills
- Ensure work compliance with company standards .
- Timely closure of Nonconformities.
- Analyze and resolve issues with subordinates.
