Otsuka Pharma Requirement 2023
Open Position:
1. Production (Parenteral/ Injectable exposure Only):
- Job Profile – Associate.
- Qualification – ITI/ Diploma Pass.
Responsibilities –
- Monitor the temperature/ Humidity of clean rooms and inform the Engineering department of any deviations.
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection of ceiling, Well, pipeline, vessels and equipment floor as per defined frequency.
- Maintain cleanliness of airlocks after the entry and exit of workers.
- Regularly clean and lubricate the machines, Ensuring their smooth operation.
2. Packing (Parenteral/ Injectable exposure Only):
- Job Profile – Process Incharge.
- Qualification – Diploma/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Pharm.
Responsibilities –
- Check the availability of packing meterial with proper labels and status.
- Ensure that packing activity does not start without line clearance.
- Check, Verify and destroy rejected materials generated during packing.
- Supervise packing activities online at frequent intervals as per SOP.
3. Plant Maintenance (Parenteral/ Injectable exposure preferred):
- Job Profile – Process Incharge.
- Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E ( Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Monthly preventive maintenance (PM) Schedule and verify spares received from the supplier.
- Observe PM activities and follow safety precautions during maintenance.
