Job Responsibilities:

CNC Programming: Reading Technical drawing and setting up the VMC machine.
Using software like SOLID WORKS to model cutting paths and programming machines accordingly.
Translating instructions into computer commands for machine operations.
Adjusting machine cutting paths and settings for optimal production and quality.
Considering tools required for cutting different materials.
Operating VMC machines, including preparing and loading raw materials, supervising machine execution, and making necessary adjustments.
Removing burrs from manufactured parts.
Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure compliance with requirements.
Checking and maintaining machinery for daily functionality.
Troubleshooting and resolving machine problems.
Performing basic machine maintenance and inventory management.
