Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document and highlighting key Dates.
- Prepare Contractual claims, including those related to changes in legislation and requests for an extension of time (EOT) and ensure adherence to all contractual terms and support the project head and drafting Contractual Correspondences with the Client.
- Prepare MIS reports (e.g., daily, Weekly and Monthly progress Reports) in accordance with management requirements and contractual obligations.
- Preparation of Hindrance register at site, regular intimation to Authority of Hindrance.
- Preparation of COS for additional structures in the project alignment as per locals demand and approval from authority.
